1. Unboxing Video Requirement
⚠️ Returns or replacements will not be accepted without a proper unboxing video.
•You must record a 360° unboxing video immediately upon receiving the product.
•The video must clearly show the full package being opened and the product from all angles.
•If any major damage is visible in the unboxing video, we will take immediate action to resolve the issue.
2. Damage & Usage Policy
⚠️ Note on Minor Imperfections: Returns for gum marks and small stitch issues are not included in the return policy. Only major structural issues are considered and applied!
•If damage is caused due to use and the unboxing video shows the product was intact, a replacement may be provided at our discretion.
•Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance are not eligible for return.
•Used or worn shoes are strictly not eligible for return under any circumstances.
3. Size-Related Issues
No replacements or returns will be accepted for size change requests. Please double-check your size before placing an order.
4. Courier Policy
If the courier is intentionally skipped or rejected by the customer, the order will be considered void and no replacement or refund will be provided.
5. Return Charge
A return processing fee of ₹199 will be applicable for all approved return cases.
